Received a not Guilty Verdict in an aggravated battery case.
Received a hung jury in a Sale of Cocaine case.
Won a Motion to Dismiss in an Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon case.
Won a Motion to Dismiss where a person was stopped while driving and charged with possession of their mother's prescription.
Litigated a trafficking in controlled substance to simple possession.
Won a Motion to Dismiss where the Cocaine was found in the same police car as the Defendant.
Won a motion to Dismiss a charge of Aggravated Battery by successfully raising a "Stand your Ground" Defense.
Successfully litigated another "Stand your Ground" involving a knife and beer bottle.
On two separate occasion, successfully raised insanity defenses on behalf of mentally ill clients. Their cases ended with mental health treatment and no convictions.
Won a motion to dismiss cocaine found under a trailer.
Won a motion to Suppress where the police unlawfully detained the defendant.
Two Sale of cocaine cases were dismissed for the State's failure to produce a confidential informant.
Won a stand your ground case concerning a misdemeanor battery.
